A Two-Phase Project:
The Master Planning project will occur in two phases. The first phase kicked off in May of 2017 and will wrap up in June of 2018. This phase includes Visioning as well as work on the following Master Plan elements:
- Duxbury Today
- Housing
- Historic & Cultural Resources
- Open Space
The second phase will kick off in July of 2018 and will wrap up in July of 2019. This phase will include:
- Sustainability: Climate Action & Energy
- Economic Development
- Transportation & Circulation
- Public Facilities & Services
- Land Use & Zoning
